How to contact us if you would like a copy of your test results

For test results that have be requested by a clinician from this practice and you do not have online access or the NHS App, please use our Klinik service.

The quickest way is to by using the online tool at the top of the Saffron Health Partnership website Home page. Please click on the Test results box

In future you may wish to register for online services to have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.
