Feedback, good and bad, form the basis of improving our service to you. Please be assured that we take complaints very seriously.
If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please write or speak to the Business Manager. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
You may also collect a complaints/compliments form and an advice sheet from one of our receptionists or print out the form and information leaflet below
