Klinik video guide

To help us reduce the amount of incoming calls to the surgery at 8.00am, we would like any patients who can access the website to start using Klinik for any appointment requests from Monday 12 February.

The service will be available from 7.30 am. From Monday all patients will be using the online consultation tool . You can do this yourself by clicking on the Klinik contact us online box or if you call the surgery a member of staff will go through Klinik and enter the details for you using the same tool.

We recommend that you watch the following video which explains how you use the online consultation tool and what information you will be asked to complete.
