From 22nd September 2026, all requests will be directed to Systm Connect – the quickest way to access all appointments will be online. No need to wait in a queue!

Systm Connect is an online triage tool that will help us to prioritise care based on your presenting symptoms, your request will be triaged, and an appointment or further guidance will be provided.

If you do not have online access, you can continue to call us or visit reception where our team will complete an online form for you, but please note that this may take longer.
